Lemax Refund & Exchange Policy
This refund and exchange policy only applies to purchases made directly from the Lemax web site located at www.lemaxcollection.com. For all other inquiries, please contact the Lemax vendor from which you purchased your product from, or use our Contact Us form to contact our Customer Service Department.
All refund and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the postmarked date of receiving shipment.
To begin your refund or exchange, please email us at email@example.com. We will respond to your email with a Return Authorization Number. Please note a return authorization number will be required prior to any return. Please note that the RA # (return authorization #) must appear on the outside of the carton or the receiving department will refuse the shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Consumers are not responsible for fees associated with shipping the defective product back to Lemax.
A damaged item is one that has visible damage. If you receive damaged merchandise, please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. Also, if defective item is not returned within 30 days ago of receiving the shipment, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are requesting an exchange
Lemax will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are requesting a refund
Lemax will only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you are requesting a refund, please email us at email@example.com and return your product to the address shown below. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. If you are approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping your product back to Lemax
All refunds and exchanges require you to ship your product back to Lemax. Unless your item is defective (see defective item definition above), you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and/or insurance, as Lemax is not responsible for lost shipments.
