The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an important piece of legislation that is designed to strengthen and unify data protection laws for all individuals within the European Union. The regulation will become effective and enforceable on the 25th May 2018.
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of the personally identifiable information you provide to us in connection with your use of the websites, services, games, and software applications owned, managed, or provided to you by Lemax Inc (“Services”). Please note that your use of these Services is also subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site and/or Services. Users may visit our Site anonymously. To access certain features or functionality, Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
Personally Identifiable Information of Minors
We do not collect and keep personal information online from children under the age of 13 without consent of a parent or legal guardian, except in limited circumstances authorized by law and described in this policy. Lemax Inc. might collect an e-mail address and first name from your child under 13 without your consent, but only in the following special cases:
- If a child under 13 sends a request to us, we keep their e-mail address for long enough to respond to them. We will delete this information from our system after we answer their question.
- If a child under 13 sends a request to us, signs up for an e-mail newsletter or other activity that requires multiple online contacts with the child, we also ask the child for a parent's or legal guardian’s e-mail address so we can notify you and obtain your parental consent. We do this by asking you for your first name and your parent’s email address. We then send an email to your parent explaining our privacy practices, including what personal information we collect and how we intend to use it.

How we use collected information
Lemax Inc may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

In addition, we may use an email address and user name to ban a user temporarily or permanently from accessing our Site and/or related Services if that user engages in inappropriate conduct.
How we protect your information
The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. While there is no definitive or perfect security process, we have made commercially reasonable efforts to implement technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect guest information from unauthorized access and improper use.
We have adopted and enforce GDPR security policies and procedures and assigned a Lemax Privacy Officer to review all collection of user data every quarter, including the review of our analytic partners and 3rd party platforms.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt that information. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena, or where we disclose information to data processors who act on our behalf (service providers or other group companies who provide support for the operations of our website and who do not use or disclose the information for any other purpose). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we also may disclose personal identification information in response to a law enforcement agency's or other public agency's request or if we feel that such disclosure may prevent the instigation of a crime, facilitate an investigation related to public safety or protect the safety of a child using our website, protect the security or integrity of our website, or enable us to take precautions against liability.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. Reviewing Your Information
Please contact Lemax Inc as provided below if you would like to access the personal identification information that we have collected, correct factual errors in such information, request to have this information deleted, or request that we no longer collect or maintain such information.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Lemax takes special care to ensure the privacy of users who are children under the age of 13. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age without the express authorization of a parent or guardian.
Parents/guardians of children under the age of 13 can print and mail us a signed form that allows them to review any personally identifiable information collected about their child, have this information deleted, and/or request that there be no further collection or use of their child's personally identifiable information. We will take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting personally identifiable information about a child and to ensure that the person is in fact the child's parent or legal guardian.
COPPA: Lemax Inc. adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). COPPA is a law in the United States that regulates the way in which online sites may collect and use information from children. We do not collect or use information in a manner that is inconsistent with COPPA. In fact, as stated fully herein and in our Terms and Conditions, no personal information is required from you to visit our Sites and/or access our Services.
